There is much going on this year already that is driving us all to get involved and claim our power. I
am delighted to see the collaboration, the community, the building of groups that will create change. It is most important that if you have a belief, an ideal, a cause to get involved now. I have been part of many movements in my life, but the energy of taking a stand is never been as powerful as it is now.
Initiating change is work. In unison as a group, it can move faster. There is power in numbers in all things. Finding your voice, putting time into a cause when we are already busy can be a challenge but in a group we each can do our part and no one is to overwhelmed. A humanitarian and collaborator, I have created change through peace and kindness. All woman do it in their lives in all sorts of ways. We are the community holders that bring change about everywhere in grace and ease. We are being called to do so in a larger way now.
There is a lot of warrior energy about. Warrior creates images of battle, adrenal stress, heart pumping action. This is not the way I chose to create change, especially as a woman. Through collaborative action and kindness, great change occurs. Woman's ways are more subtle than warrior but just as effective. It can be seen every day through charity groups, volunteer organizations, brownies, churches, school organizations.
7 years ago, I learned why femininity, the way of woman, has the most power. It is not in a warrior state. That is only for emergencies for our body isn't designed to do battle as a man's is. I think woman are warriors all day long and we have a health crisis like never before from this adrenal, warrior lifestyle.
We have powers of negotiation, collaboration, blending, gathering that are easier and more effective for us. Just call one woman with a request to help, from there chains of woman upon woman can be activated and mountains moved with no plan or organization. We are the masters of this skill and rarely even realize it.
I don't inspire woman to use the warrior way. Yes, there are times when we must get into full throttle battle but we can't sustain that state for long. Only in dire situations is this state of Kali, the Goddess of War, to be called upon. Pravati, the Goddess of Devotion is much wiser, more peaceful and sustaining to our natural gifts and skills. When we are in adrenal stress all day long already, weakening our bodies, we don't need to address our causes with this too. Only illness, tire and burnout will occur. Change comes many ways. We can use our voices, collaborate on our causes but use other tools to support our efforts more effectively.
We are up in arms at this time with many rights being reviewed. I have faith the outcome will be beneficial to us but it will take group action. Not in aggressive ways but in peaceful ways devoted to ourselves and our causes. Using our humanitarian style, heart inspired ways, working in unison, using all our resources through being gracefully united. The woman of the world have never had this opportunity to come together in such a big way and show their true feminine power that is not of force but of heart centered care. We are the nourishers and sustainers of our human race.
We cross cultures, ideas, beliefs systems and colors with a common cause of being the life bearers. Our connection on this level unmatched and never before have we been called to care for our humanity in such a unified way. Our ability to create peace amongst all types, negotiate situations, gather groups, pull our resources with speed is amazing. Communication is our gift, flexibility our way, creative and creators, masterful at group action, these are what we are to be using at this time. It is easier, wiser, safer and more in line with our innate gifts of being a woman.
From all my studies, health, eastern arts, healing arts, spirituality, the path to lasting change is not through being a warrior. The most powerful and dynamic changes come from group action in peace. Knowing our health crisis already at our door, it is the perfect time to activate our feminine ways. For ourselves, for worldwide change, for our communities and for our families. We are the masters at this. We are being asked to use the highest skills that we have. In grace, in ease, in unison and in a way of human kindness.
I encourage us all to use empowerment through these venues. It is best for our own health, that we pace ourselves, we relax into our innate skills, that we lead with the community power we are. Otherwise we will burnout. Be distraught and unclear. Using the ways of men has already hindered us enough. We don't get far at that game. We have our own ways to unite and create change. We have been doing it already daily in our lives and in our communities. We are the community holders. Most change in our lives, in our schools, in our worlds come from woman naturally, as volunteers. It is peaceful and quiet and effective for it is the base of all our systems in place.
I invite us to raise higher to the call of our feminine nature. We already tend to most of the groups, causes and movements of change in the world. We are being asked to unite all these systems already in place. Skills we already have that are so easy to use. We just need to weave them all together in collaboration, our natural gift.. No fight, no need for infastructure, not battle at all. Just a dance of connecting the web we have now.
The only barrier I see to this occuring is within our own gender. When we do compete, clique up, and use judgement against each other we weaken our strength. We know this and have seen it, been part of it, been effected by it. If we could use our hearts, our commonality as woman, and our natural gifts, I see the world changing in beautiful ways. This is our mastery. The divine feminine power as life carriers and sustainers is hard to match.
We already have done this in our small worlds and it is time to connect up all those efforts into a world wide community and transform our world.
