Panic, fear and anger are never paths to clarity and right action. Woman know this for they are the tenders of most everything relating to others and the community. We, of the genders, have been in many emergency situations. From hospital emergency room visits, to battles amongst people, death and dying, grave, intense situations, are part of the lives of woman. We hear of the horrible tales and are often the nourishing force that comes forth. We are the chain of connection and communication in the world, the nitty gritty of life.
Being that we all have many experiences of this, we know that calm, collected, clear presence is what is necessary when fear, panic, strife or emergency come around. We do this often and with ease and grace. It is innate for us to be in these tender moments, often life threatening, and we naturally act to bring in the nurturing, nourishing calm that is needed. We diffuse by our very presence when we are coming from this innate essential femininity.
As we are present in such a situation with the current disagreement going on about us, I invite all woman to reclaim this nature of themselves. We have an elegant, graceful style that can glide through these things. It is not yelling, name calling, picking sides or bashing that is the nature of us. These things are more aligned with a masculine nature of competition, win lose mentality of force and game. Yes we all have both natures within us, but our innate, natural gift is not of that. We have been playing in a mans business world and it has eroded our gentle nature that creates and flows.
I am not saying be a wall flower and be trampled on. I am speaking of the grace we naturally have and the power we are to move in these less than beautiful situations that bring in calm, collaboration and solution. It is important that we stand up for a rights, our beliefs and values, our womanhood at this time. However, many are using the states that do not allow us to be effective and clear in our behavior nor create community change which we are already masters of.
I don't judge our reactions for this is a time of panic, fear and anger. Lots of disagreement is about us in the way our world should head. However, I know when I am in this fury state I am not in my power. We all get off balance, hear things and lose our cool. Choices made in these states tend not to get peaceful solutions or connection among community. We do this everyday and we know the gift of our way that is power. It certainly is not in using these traits that are unbecoming of our ladyship.
There is great difference in men and woman. It is purposeful for a balance in the world. Woman won't beat men by acting like them for it is not our way naturally. They will always win in the end. If woman want to be in power they must use their gifts and strengths that are uniquely there own. When woman act naturally, they have equal power to men and can rally up solution in a peaceful manner.
We could pretend and go forth using this masculine side of ourselves but it will just kill our bodies and our heart. It is not our nature. It never will be. We are the nourishers. We can produce hand in hand next to them but we have a gift beyond. We are the tend and befrienders. That is a gift of solution beyond competition and power.
I inspire woman to make the connect to this inward feminine essence which is us. As life bearers we have tools of power unavailable to men. We have a subtle way, a powerful way, a connecting negotiating way that men struggle to compete with. In our grace, in our innocence, in our loving way, we are hard to say no to. That is why men love woman and are attracted to them as a gender. We are caring, we tame things down, we dissolve crisis and disagreement in grace. It is our innate power. We are forgetting its value.
At this time I see woman needing to embrace these gifts that are natural to us to support the world to a more beautiful place. We are equal and opposite and designed that way. I see our call to bring forth that power of elegance, calm, graceful connection that smooths many situations daily. When we embrace that in ourselves and each other as a gender rather than think this is weak and powerless, we will make great strides forward.
Competing with men on their turf will not get our equality. They can yell, degrade, beat down, insult far better than we. However, when we come in our feminine grace, they are calmed and soothed to find a greater way. Powerful men use woman in business all the time to support negotiation and to chill down the board room, the competitive nature. Woman have defused many a crazy scene by their way of grace and natural gifts. This is what is needed now. To hone up our innate way and downplay this masculine presence with in ourselves.
As a collective group, we can embrace our essential nature that has been have left behind to be in the world of business. Our gifts to business and all other areas is very necessary and powerful. By force we lose for we are not strong in that way. By standing tall on our view, using our queen state, our nourishing negotiating style, our gift of communication, our persuasion and brilliance, our beauty, our wit, our intelligence and calm candor we will proceed to get our way.
It is a new time in the world and the call on all fronts is for the rise of the feminine nature not only in woman, men can be nurturing as well. The nourishing, collaborating, connecting and uniting of all ways into a greater whole. This is our gift. This is our time. This is the graceful, elegant, calm power of woman that I inspire us all to express.
