Woman's Health: The Hormone Oxytocin!

Ladies, if you don't know about oxytocin you are missing a key ingredient to youthful, vital health! I meet alot of woman and have been sharing health and wellness of the female body for almost 3 years and the physical ailments I hear of are astounding. All related to what is deemed the feminine chakras, the womb, the breast and heart area, and the thyroid.You don't run into many that don't have some problem in this area and there is information that can change this.

The good news is that if you learn more about your body, the ways of feminine energy that we should be operating most of the time, you can learn to step away from the adrenaline rush you are in. Cortisol, created by the adrenals kills woman's bodies. Being in a male model world, adapting to business and ways of men, we have lost connection with ourselves and ways of movement.

From Deepok Chopra, to Ellie Drake, to Gary Zukov to many Chinese and Indian traditions, the understanding of our body and how we function differently is being presented so we may have more health. We are more emotional, less mind driven than men. Yes we can use mens ways but it is literally killing us. We are in too much task master, mind roles and it just doesn't suit us physically. We need to reconnect with bodies, our emotional nature, our nurturing way to release this oxytocin for our health, which also allows our intuition to fine tune. We are not meant to operate with speed, a to b, hurry up mentality. It stresses our system. We move in a more graceful way, more concerned with personal relationships, collaboration, community, heart inspired ways, our creativity is key.

Relaxation, pleasure, safety, these are important for woman to experience to have a healthier body. Yes we can rush about when necessary but need to get back to a pace and rhythm that moves more cyclically than full on power. It is a challenge  doing all the things required of us, yet we don't manage them all anyway and our bodies are getting burnt out. It pays to learn more about the way we are addressing life and try to create a calmer existence that allows our creativity to be present.

There are many ways to do this, once you learn about them, feeling the shift in your body to the parasympathetic nervous system, we  retrain the way we approach our duties, we can have much greater health. It is time to bring the more feminine qualities to the larger world, balancing ourselves and the community about us. I offer classes on this very topic because it is essential to our lives. This is science and it is a way you need to learn so you can enjoy life more fully, with health and energy to do all you do.  It is important to understand the feminine body as different, opposite actually but quite complimentary to men. It has given me amazing results in how I live and experience more joy in the world around me. I love sharing this, it is fun and giggly, to be a woman is natural to us and not stressful at all. We are so stressed because we are imitating men and it just doesn't suit us. Things really don't have to be as hard as we have made them. Join in and you'll see how magical it is!!
