We all get lonely even if others are around. I felt on my own the other day with the bad car day and it turned into a magical realization of how much community I have. If you have an issue, if you don't share it, no one will be able to help or offer solution. I posted it on fb and a plethora of love, ideas, info and connection with others, answers and understanding showed up. I felt so empowered when before I wrote, I felt not sure how to move ahead. I knew I would find my way, but the power of sharing and then getting juice to move ahead was really palatable that day.
I would also suggest, the homeopathic remedy Pusatilla. It is for loneliness. It does a heap of other things but in Clinical Homeopathy we use acutes for our emotional states out of balance. Of course mentally I knew I had community and others, but some days you feel alone. This remedy will help you balance that feeling as other remedies do for things like anxiety, fear, illness, overwhelm. It is fun to have at your finger tips something to add to your energy field when you notice your emotional state. It is a good practice to continually be aware for then you can shift it.
So there I was feeling low and not empowered, I told others and soon I had a new mechanic which I love and my car Lil is all good. In less than a week, the issues managed. I felt so supported and learned and understood things better. I found some connections here and felt love from afar. This is why and how community works. I really appreciate fb for just this reason. Others can support you and you can support others.
Many times in my life I have been part of community. I was in a charity in my 20s and it was so rewarding to help kids through our fundraising. It has been part of my life to support others and at times I need support. We forget how that matters that we receive! We show only our loveliness and forget at hard times to ask for prayers, support, a chat, a helping hand. Receiving is key to being in community too. You can't have a few people always getting care and no one else as the givers would burn out. It is a circle and we each give of what we have and in the end, the circle flows and all are seen and supported. Each adds their brilliance and the circle flows. This is key to life at this unprecedented time. Know where your peps are and stay connected. Find even more!
When I moved out here and covid was about, I remember thinking you need to meet the food growers and the healers. They were the first clans I decided I needed to feel safe and grounded. Now that moves out further as I get the things around me that I may need. People are your best currency!! My whole life has been about people, networking, connecting, building community. I did it with the flower growers, the Green Collaboration, The Room, and now out here doing it with kangen water and woman's circles. Find your people on all levels. We have different ways to feel safe so create the resources for yourself.
This morning, I knew I had a real friend when I texted at 8 am asking if she could pick me up at the mechanic before 9. When someone says when and where with such short notice, you know you have a strong reference point. It felt good to know who to call. On fb when I asked, people I haven't seen on fb in so long came through with either love, ideas, info and understanding. You have to reach some days and then you feel the powerful energy of community. It can shift you right up!
So build your safety net. Find good support and be good support. It has helped me through my whole life! Now being in a new state and new business, I am blessed with an online community and platform that answers all my questions and ideas regarding water and the water business. It is all at my finger tips and I feel safe, educated and know where to reach. I can tap in others too which is important as well. We desire this community more than ever!
Build these things! These are your life line!
Thank you for being part of my community!!
Blissfully,
Lyn
