As we see snow out our windows in the northeast, don't fret spring energy is about. The earth is filled with heat and the spring equinox is here. I can feel the wonder of this energy surging up from within the earth and calling me to action, We spring clean, start to move, hear the birds call us out and know that something is building. It is the magic of the season so celebrated in all of time.
In winter, we, like the plants are harbored inward. We have ideas, reflection and shifting going on at deep levels. When the wonder of March rolls in, we can feel that we are moving out of that inward time and begin to feel that work is drawing to completion and our being calls us to start stirring in action. We begin to bring in the new ways we reflected upon.
After our inward work has changed us, the call becomes the buzz of spring cleaning, ordering, recreating and sprucing up. On the physical level we start to reflect this shift in consciousness in the world around us. We till our fields so to speak, prepare the ground and sow new seeds for harvest. It is innate in us to roll through these seasons in life as nature does in cyclical rhythm. Notice them and ride with the energy that is offered. It is natural, easy and innately occurring. Consciously creating with these energies bring in quick shifts to our world.
We carry so much extra as we pass through life. The art of clearing and letting go so important to new beginnings. For endings inspire new starts so let go of what no longer serves on all levels. Physically as items in our homes, body cleanses, people that are not inspiring and activities that just don't support. Revamp your world. Letting go is an important part of new beginnings and the bloom process.
Find new ways to fill what is being cleared. New body practices, new ways to nourish, time for play and relaxation and inspiring activities to support your brilliance. It is time to let go of the outdated. Many cycles one thing is supportive and inspiring then it gets outlived and no longer enhances. Same with people, places and things. Be truly aware of all the ways you can awaken to a new level of life. Include looking at what will really bring in more joy and happiness. Create space for them or they will not be experienced.
Once again we get to rebirth ourselves into our next level of a healthy, enjoyable life. Use these final moments to choose what you will create new about you and use the wonder of spring energy to support you through these shifts. The earth is pulsing with life under the snow, awaiting its time to warm to the sun. It is preparing to send out that new growth, those new seeds germinating, the bulb already have broken soil level. It is surging underneath with great power. Tap into this spring forward movement to tweak your life.
I have had a most tranformative winter and am surging forward with great space and ideas. Much has lifted out of me inwardly and a new fresh look forward has unfolded. I feel the enthusiasm of the spring rebirth and ride the cycle, preparing myself to leap into action.
I inspire you to as well. Use the power of the season, the energy of the earth, the wonder of spiritual rebirth, the focus of your mind, the passion of the emotions and act in new ways that will bring you a more inspired life! Its time to WAKE UP to a new way of expressing our wonder!
