My physical intention is to flow through life. I am creative, love spontaneity and would rather go with what is happening in a more present awarness. We are truly trained against this flowing nature we have. We are taught to have plans, create schedules and to be efficient. For me life works more in a rhythm than a march of a strict plan. I have spent so many years "trying' to be efficient and ordered and it just doesn't work. It creates stress in me to push against my natural way.
Woman were given the master gift of this. Their body is designed with our cycle flow and our kidneys which regulate the water, in the back of that creative center. Our cycle rides the cycle of the moon. The moon effects the water on the planet as well as within us. It waxes and wanes as our energy does of woman. So we are very connected to this flowing way of water! We traditionally the child bearers and tenders and as all moms know, flow is just part of parenting. You have no idea what could occur with a child and you must adapt all things around it when they are young. We get good at it for it is an innate trait of us as the nourishers of human life.
We don't cultivate and value this quality enough. It has created many health problems especially with adrenal stress for we are trying to be too rigid in how we perform and move. Our body, our hormones, our physicality doesn't go with an even schedule like men's bodies were designed too. We are cyclical, flowing, creative, adaptable by nature. We have shifted to fit into the world of men and it is not going well with our physical health. We move slower, have more communication making us natural collaborators and connectors. This takes more time. We are creative and that doesn't occur in rush or efficiency so we have lost our connect to that. We haven''t found that balance yet in our lives or the workplace. We are physically opposite in many ways of being as ways of our body from men.
Adapt we can, yet if the adaptation is against the way our body runs, we will be hindered and indeed many are. We can run in this power way for work but must drop down the pace and style the minute we can. This allows us to be more in our flowing, natural way so our body can regulate and readjust from all the adrenal rush of the business and working world. If you do not understand this flow of a woman.s body, you will not find the health no matter what drug or program you get on. It must support the feminine system to reset to its own nature.
There is no way around it. If we continue to live rigid with ourselves and our lives we will find health issues. Flow is a word to describe the feminine. It is how we ride for health. We find more clarity, relaxation, happiness and joy in this nature. We get just as much done but it is done in a magical dance not a strict routine, Because we have gotten less playful, less creative, less open in our approach to life, we are burning out our systems at the womb, breasts, heart and thyroid from this rush pace.
Consider how our bodies where designed and how woman through all of history have been the nourishers. They stayed home or back from the adrenal tasks of hunting and working in competitive environments. They cooked, played with children, ran the whole community in a very collaborative, connective way. They were social and worked at a pace less fast and their structure less rigid. It is only been the last 40 years maybe, that we have stepped into the competitive world that is run by men and made in a way that supports their physical body, mindset and pace.
We are in it and it is good to be in the world in a large way. However, we must consider how we as woman, different creatures, participate in it. We must honor ourselves and our natural way as well as gifts and add then into the work place. Not acting as men do but as woman do which is very different in business and powerful! The producers and nourishers work very well together to create a very balanced expansion. We bring things to the business world that have never been there before including our ability to flow and adapt. We need to understand these unique feminine gifts, bring them into greater expression there and offer the world a more collaborative way of working.
We must find ways to support ourselves through understanding the basics of our body. Then add that knowledge into how we run ourselves and our perspective toward our lives. If we don't learn this, we will continue in the health crisis we have going and dying of heart attacks, breast cancer and other issues earlier than need be. We can do all the things we want, just at a different pace and mindset. Slower doesn't mean less, it means relaxed as we move and clear as we adapt. Rushing often creates a bumble that gets worse.
I inspire you to learn more ways to bring this flowing into your life. One way is to get out of your head and get back connected with your body. It shows you how to manage when you listen, follow its guidance and nourish it as we do all other things. it also allows our unique feminine gift of sensing that is so natural to us when in health. We just don't connect with it or use with rush about us. It is a gift we could offer the whole world and a knowing that defies logic and reasoning but is far more powerful.
