I know we are all in a quagmire of how woman's rights will move forward. They will indeed, even if the current situation seems to hinder our progress. Things go retrograde in nature too, which serves a purpose of review, regroup and clear. I can only see that is what is occurring now and greater power and movement will come out of it.
When things go retrograde, or backwards, the characteristics of that situation are being reviewed, old beliefs, out moded ways are what is to be transformed. I asked myself, how are we powerful that we just aren't seeing and what needs to shift for us to get greater power in our world? This being a time to maybe review inward and outward. How we are going about things and what we are missing that is here to help us?
As I look at woman from this angle and what I learned that was so transforming in my life in reclaiming my femininity, I see things that we need to reclaim, remember or honor. We are the majority on a world wide scale so I imagine we are also in our United States. That is a power. We also have men on our side so that seems to be favorable. Numbers is often a way of change.
We are the purchasers for most all items. We have the purchase power in the country for we shop, we get things big and small and it seems if we got on the same page that could be a power united that could make some choices that would effect our economy. Money talks and we are generally in control of the everyday money.
We are the changers of all community things, big and small. Every day woman do the work of our community from the brownies, to charities, to church work to sports teams. Whether you work or stay at home, it seems woman are active in all communal projects more than men. So we are always changing our world, day in and day out with our natural humanitarian, "we" way and we don't recognize or give this gift much recognition. We don't use brute force. We have a more collaborating way that seems to support our families and our communities. This seems to be a great power that we are forgetting.
We are powerful negotiators and blenders. Woman create peace from our children, to our neighborhoods to the larger world and have a natural knack at this. We may not negotiate our salaries on record, yet if you can negotiate one thing, its seems reasonable that you can negotiate anything. We continually use our savvy tactics to blend and find common ground naturally in all things. This seems a power we are not noticing or considering a great tool in change.
We have endurance beyond that sustains and holds things together. We will work late hours and then go home and manage our values there. Woman can work on less sleep, get to recitals, take care of household rituals and still work outside the home. A full plate for a woman is not a problem that stops us. It may not be healthy but even if we put in time for our health and understood our powers from a different perspective, I don't believe we would lose anytime but actually gain focused energy. We have created change through endurance in all things. We have patience beyond men, we have creativity beyond them, we are less linear and more intuitive and get around situations gracefully without any one realizing we powered by them.
We operate and are inspired by heart felt inspiration over logic and stats. We always have, even trying to fit into a mans world, we are different in how we do leadership and take charge in a project. We are naturally communal and hierarchy is not generally our way unless we must play by man's rules. Our passion and energy to shift and make things work outside the competitive arena is extremely powerful. Win win is how we naturally operate when we are in our femininity and it creates lots of forward movement in things that seem stuck or not working. Our creative approach, our flexibility to find solutions and our openness to learn and grow is beyond mental power.
Our ability to unite, get together and move something with our phone chains based on commonality is unmatched by systems. We have no system when it comes to collaborating. It is called, get one woman involved and begin to find clothes, food, supplies for a family that had a crisis and in hours you could suit up 10 families with no plans and one reach out to a woman. All our communities operate on this tenant that we forget is so powerful. There is no plan, there is no order but magically, many woman do a little bit and suddenly the whole situation has promise and support. How do we not consider that an incredible power that already exists. It is a natural web in place and no one ever created it.
Going further with this ability to unite, image if all these webs were activated for a common purpose? This incredible quality of woman alone, to go past creed, color, religion and circumstance with heart understanding is extremely powerful and takes moments to activate. Do we realize this power we have already that is natural and not considered much of anything yet is the power that runs, yes runs all things in our world.
Our empathy runs most of these gifts. Our soft voices of understanding, openness and willingness to collaborate beyond our small group is phenomenal. Our power of communication and reading others and situations and our flexibility to shift and change how we present our ideas and selves quite amazing. Are we realizing all these powers we have?
We have a common victim mentality which seems to be one of those things that needs to clear out. Often woman appear as victims because they choose to stay in situations and places for they think their support is needed there more than there desire to save themselves. So it is not really victim at all, it is highest good I see operating there. Yes, maybe in many ways we are victim's, but do we need to keep thinking that with all the change we create each day. We have overcome victimhood in many ways in the US and continue too.
We are quiet changers of the world. Not loud, competitive, bolstering ego. We do a more soft spoken way that is a power and often others don't even realize we are in power for our way eludes that mindset. Woman often let others think they are in charge but inwardly know they are in a more flexible way. Letting another be "right" but gaining their end so who cares what the 'ego' thinks.
Seeing our power that is already there seems part of this time. What are we doing right, not what is being done to us. How can we use the power we have to change the situation to our benefit? These seem questions to focus on rather than what is not working. Certainly we want to shift things but coming at them from what is our source of power, how can we use these things and how do we activate that rather than complain about the system in place a greater solution befitting us. We have moved past many systems in place by our natural way, often under the radar and change ensues.
I could write so much more but will stop here for now to let these powers we have sink into our being. The biggest issue I see is collaborating woman past the gender bias we have at each other and beliefs we hold in ourselves. This is not our natural nature but an outcrop of being in a competitive world. If we could realign with our natural collaborative, flexible way we have with generally all others and our woman friends who think differently, finding our common ground our community power is unmatched.
I do see this ruling, dictator, greater one rules losing it's power for it can not sustain a world of "we". Most with this thinking are either in power and will fight not to lose it or uneducated and fearful of something. In fear of loss, many strange characteristics come out in humanity. But fear never wins. It has not in history and it will not now, although this time will work us inwardly and outwardly. With all the worldwide expansiveness, there is no going back to the power by force. It does however have to make its final stand to be rooted out.
I see this the perfect time for woman to root out this victim, this disclaiming of the power they do have that exists and to rightly set themselves up with their skills honed, revitalized, sharp and aware. What we see outwardly is not often what is really happening and often activates us to the true power we have when it is challenged. I believe if woman would get on the same page, take this time to clear out their againstness with each other, the uniting we have would outweigh any resistance to us. We just need the actions, the collaborative tasks that are needed and the united front of common ground.
We will not overcome by brute force and doing what men do. They are the masters there. We have different divine gifts of moving that are equal to those. They are graceful, united, connecting and heart inspired. These are the skills we need to hone and recognize. All the things I listed here are quite powerful and have never been activated on a large scale as of yet. Imagine the possibilities if we used our natural skills around the system instead or working a system that is set up not to our advantages and skills. We have been working the world this way for along time and it has worked many a change.
Lets really sink into the power we have. Lets root out our judgment of ourselves, other woman and reconsider how we frame our victumhood. A pack of woman are happy creators, moving mountains in unison, in power, in freedom, each doing a small bit and even in love. We are doing it every day. Imagine if we did it on our small level as we already are, healing our rift about woman, and we trickled this up the ladder of corporation, money toward the top. Woman naturally do change that way at a very grass roots level that builds into great change. It is the way it has been done for centuries. We are the community holders and there is great power in that.
