If by now, you haven't been hit by some outrageous fortune or illness, consider yourself lucky! We know many in strife, in illess, in challenge. For me this is a call to Celebrate Life. Who knows how long we will be here! With all the insanity about us, we need to loosen up, lighten up and remember this is to be an adventure here where every moment counts.
There is such dismay about us. Politics, regular life, things not going as planned and the world is festering in negativity. I invite you to be one who does not participate in these things. Yes, it may be a challenge but we need more people remembering we are creators. Our attention in the areas we want to see good and change, is all that is necessary. Energy flows where attention goes. There is still all the wonder in the world. People are doing good things, charity goes on, laughter can still be found.
It is important that we gather our wits and get back to seeing the beauty, the fun, the goodness around us. Let those who can't, direct themselves in ways that they want. Be the spirit that adds fun, play and joy to spaces. We are here no matter what. We get to call where our attention and energy goes. Make good use of that choice so your life is more happy and rewarding.
There is much to celebrate each day. The sunrises so beautifully. We have good food to eat. The earth has much beauty as we move around. Children are still laughing, unplagued by doom and gloom. People are still smiling, doing kind deeds, opening doors. We see old friends, we have people all about us and not everyone is sad. As I look out my window the horse is grazing peacefully. The world has much good going on. Even in crisis, people help, pray, support you and others to feel loved and supported.
When in the thick of things, there is always some pleasure. There is always a silver lining to remind us that things can be seen in all ways. Be one who sees the light in life. Remember your child like soul that giggles through messes, finds laughter where there is none and finds silly in the smallest oddness. It is a healthier way to exist. It is a more powerful presence to all around you. It is the rainbow in the world of darkness. Others need it. Your need it to. Remembering there is good in the darkest of things.
So start each day in gratitude and find ways to celebrate being alive. Share it with other. These higher vibrations of emotion ripple our world tremendously. It is nothing big that has to be done. Just a kind person along the way. You lift yourself as you lift others. It feels good. Your heart sings. More joy is found. Greater health and well being will be yours.
