Our mind is called the "monkey mind" in yoga and considered like the element mercury. Moving quickly from one thing to the next to the next, focus being a challenge and training. It just travels from here to there, sensation, visual stimulation, feelings, all effecting it to jump about. It gets in loops then inspires the emotions to get all stirred. The emotions can get all stirred and then rile the mind pattern into cycle. The body can get involved as well to feel pain, then call in thinking of pain, pain emotions, the cycle plays out may ways without notice. It is like the world is running our awareness about. It is really. And we are just beginning to get a handle on all these multidimensional ways of ourselves.
Real doing which means focused with the mind idea, the emotions positively focused toward that ideas and the body actually moving toward that, all in sync is the path to mastery. We have this aligned, laser focus, present doing, at times. We know this real doing process. More often, we are unaligned, thinking this, doing that and feeling a whole different deal, all disconnected. In Aharaj Yoga, we work with clearing negativity by aligning all these bodies. When you align all your bodies, emotion, physical and mental in a one pointed direction, there is great power in doing. The goal is to be moving like this in the present moment continually. High ideal for certain.
So now we have the ideal doing expression. We understand how this is the most powerful way to express. We can begin awareness of how we are currently floating about and begin to bring in this present, doing process. Usually we are not at all in alignment. It is part of the learning to blend and focus this multidimensional awareness. It is OK. We are learning to be in this present awareness. I offer some tricks to help you.
The key is alignment. We can begin with any of our levels and get the others ordered up. If we can not find that alignment, the trick is to let go of that thought, that emotion or that action. So often we think of something we must do. If we can not get the emotion to match it and get us going to complete that thought right then we should just let it go. Often we will ramble, I must get this done when I get home. I better not forget. Then come the emotions of berating yourself, don't forget this or blah blah will happen, then you visualize the problem if you don't get done. It can cycle into so many things and nothing has happened yet. All you are doing is thinking and feeling and no act can happen. This is how we trail into negativity, living unworthiness patterns or low confidence, get angry at ourselves and depressed. Endless negativity can come from this.
It can begin with the emotions. We feel something. Maybe a bad mood or a rude comment comes along our day. If you can't speak up about it to someone {an action} and clear that thinking, let it go. Otherwise that emotion can create patterns of thinking that will then get you feeling ill in the body. Again, nothing has really happened but all in your head. Maybe you felt hurt by what happened, a thought of being insulted come in, and if you don't clear it physically, saying wow that hurt me, then just let it go. Otherwise, again you will now be in a loop, your body will leave the situation but your mind and emotion will stay back on that incident. We are out of presence, in our thinking loop and unaligned. We could bitch and moan about it for days, weeks, years!
We do this all day long. Rarely are we present to what action we are doing with full thinking and emotion on board. Yet this is how we are to live to enjoy the greatest of opportunity and experience. Instead we are labeling, judging, ruminating about blah blah that is gone. A new moment is here but we are caught back there.
When you realize the pattern of how we get so riled up, confused, depressed, angry or anxious it becomes kind of funny. You also realize how your basic self, you base consciousnesses moves you all around without your focus or thinking. We are so often driving and not paying attention really but our basic body self gets us there in one piece!! Powerful consciousness that is, while were thinking and feeling in another place. Reminds me of the cartoons where we are in the bubble of chat while our body is moving around.
So again the trip is to complete what comes in. If you can not, drop it and get present again. So if you have bills to pay and you think of them, there is the thought to complete. Go take your body over to the checkbook and write the check and mail it, physical action, and feel good that you are done with that. If you can't do it in that moment, call it complete and move on. If you can't pay it because you are not near your checkbook, let it go and redirect your being. If you can't pay it because you can't afford to, let it go and redirect rather than think how you lack, blah blah blah. Be in moment to moment action, thinking and feeling. You will save yourself mentalizing, emotionalizing and strife.
This is not easy to be doing in alignment but it is simple. At least if you understand the process and how we get ourselves up in a tizzy, you can begin to observe, have awareness and shift it when you can. We get caught up in the emotions and mind loops which effects our health when we can not complete our thoughts or emotions as they cycle. So the game becomes to complete them so we don't fester in our turmoil patterns.
Do you get it? This is why too many projects, emotions and thoughts going on will drain our energy and get us out of confidence? Completion is key to clear thinking and focus. If you can't complete it in your mind or body right then, consider it complete for now. It will recycle back in later and maybe then you can complete it. Don't waste precious life going into these drama loops and negative thinking and feeling. It is natural for us to do this but there is a way out.
You can make it fun and crack up as you notice. This is a high awareness practice but it can be created as a habit to do rightly. I make these things a game and crack up when I catch myself in these loops. It is not wrong, we are not bad or a problem, we are just lost in our multidimensional awareness. We are just learning how to use all these bodies in alignment to create consciously. It has never been done before in such awareness.
This is all new evolutionary stuff. Sure some great avatars come along every 2000 years to try to remind us, but that doesn't mean we are going to get it next week! Or even this lifetime. Yet we are to at least try to play this alignment as we grow and become awareness fully. We may never get it and that is OK. If we do find times and get it here and there, we create a good pattern. We also create a happier life, less stress and drama, greater health for we are not messing with ourselves and negative illusions and stories.
This is a trick to getting in the now. This present awareness everyone talks of like it is a no brianer. Well it takes serious awareness to live in the now! Our emotions, thinking and body are everywhere but aligned. That is OK. We just catch the process of doing aligned and play with it if we can. Then we are evolving and "be coming". It is all quite fun if we play with it!! No need to beat yourself up. Humanity has never consciously created in the way it is starting too right now. It is really quite exciting and fun to be part of this Aquarian Age. We are the forerunners so we get the greatest learning curve. How exciting!!
I am all for playing as we evolve into clear conscious creators!! Relax on yourself as you learn. This is all new. Be childlike with it. We are the beginning of this new awareness being here on earth! Let us have fun and learn together.
