Why Do we Dance for Health?

Dancing is one of the most healthful things for a woman's body! How do we know this? Because we love to do this movement! Do what you love in all things right? It satisfies our body by pulling in oxygen, which heals and helps all body processes, the why to working out. It is flowing movement which is important for our bodies, our kidneys, our vitality and youthful skin.  Emotionally, it charges woman into a lovely state of beauty. No matter where we are physically, dance 3 good songs and you are in your body as well as loving it.

So physically it is natural, it is flowing and spontaneous like feminine energy so it creates oxytocin, the woman's feel relaxed pleasure hormone. Emotionally we raise our sense of self through loving and moving in our bodies beautifully. Mentally, we can choose whatever prayer like, devotional intention. So we are filling ourselves on all levels at once.

The vibration that this creates in our body, the release of feeling good on all levels is why we do it consciously and daily. We remind our body consciousness's that beats our heart and digests our food what this joyful vibe feels like. Then it can begin to bring in that vibration more often and in more ways. Dancing brings us there with no question so we feel this joy state.

The magnetism this creates for you as a woman as you go out in a very masculine world is magic. Flowing in your magnificence, waiting to meet another's wonder feeling beautiful and light, Flow is the best way to describe it. Of course, you were training your body easily and gracefully in this fluid way.

Choose to dance in whatever way works. The quickest most powerful way to get your body into this vibration is through free form dancing to whatever music inspires you. Allowing the body consciousness to move as it chooses, letting go of the mind and thinking and sensing that energetic feel to the flowing movement is the art of dancing.

This way you have no chance of berating your body movements, missing a step and creating a resistance to the movement. You get out of the mind completely and just enjoy the sound, movement and feeling! I could sight many reasons and science behind this dancing for health.

 The best being how you feel when you dance!
 Yes and  it is sacred and healing!
For me there is no more healthful or enjoyable way to move!
And so we can dance through life ladies!
