The Pleasure of Sound!

Many do not consciously know the healing of sound! I was sent a download this morning of a philharmonic orchestra that delighted me so! As it got me grounded in full sound, I was moved to get up and dance as the sun rose in my window! Delicious for the tactile girl!

In Shamanism, music is used for healing. The purpose of creating music, engaging sound is to heal. We all use this as we enjoy our favorite music, or a song comes on and we are driving fast from the vibe. We all have felt sad hearing a love song or charged high dancing to Celebration! It is a shifter of mood by pulling you into the body, into your sensual nature.

The scales that go up, rise your energy. Tones, rhythms, all designed for specific purpose of healing! Different notes, different sections of your being. Each song stimulates a different chakra based on the beat. It is a lovely study for those whom like music.

Consciously realize the power of sound. The pleasure of it to draw you out of the yipping mind, back to presence, back to the moment! Allow feelings to release as the tones and rhythms soothe your emotional body to sense and release! We are doing it anyway so pay attention! It will lighten you and lift you! Find enjoyment! It is all an experiment here in the school of life!
