I Teach Feminine Secrets from Ancient Cultures!

I think people are confused about what I do here on the farm and perhaps that is because my deeds are varied. I grow organic flowers {Harmony Hill Gardens}, I promote green choices (The Green Collaboration), I educate woman and host empowering workshops (The Lotus Project).

My specialty is sharing Feminine Secrets of Ancient Cultures about woman's health and vitality. Through Tia Chi Chaun, Raja yoga, Arahaj Yoga, Indian and Chinese medicine and Egyptian Movement, I have learned some great feminine health practices Things woman do for their  bodies are different than the things men do to  build themselves.

Ancient feminine cultures knew this and gathered in sharing this wisdom of their feeling bodies. I share what I have been taught because it has brought more artistry, magic and health to living. I continue to study in this great time for woman as we gain power, influence, bringing the connect and collaborate power to the world. Our gifts are unfolding and we need to harness our feeling, intuitive side. I educate woman how to ground into their bodies so they may be more perceptive of their 6th sense. We are empathetic, feeling in nature, different than men. As we ground into our bodies, our sensual nature and slow down, we can begin to tap into our intuition and develop it. It must be done in creativity for woman, using our feeling nature. This is my passion.

At the farm we have
Elizabeth Chesla teaching Full Moon Yoga,
Valerie Hopkins facilitates the drum circles,
I teach Feminine Classes, Aharaj Yoga and Tia Chi Chaun
Traveling teachers visit through out the year,
and I welcome collaboration with other communities offering practical spiritual health.
At The Lotus Project I hold that the path to learning is done in an experiential manner with creatively. Not just more information but experiences, to strengthen learning and application on all levels.

So that is what I do and you can make sense of what is going on here on at The Lotus Project upon Harmony Hill Gardens! I am part of ringing in a more nourishing way to living where the sacred space of creation is held, in nourishment, collaboration, community support, and non competitive! We are one humanity that must weave together its uncommon threads!
