September 7th Dance through Life with Us!

Dancing is one of the most easy, joyous ways to gain health! As we watch the challenge of Dancing with the Stars, we know it is quite a workout! Yet you don't need to be extreme as though you are in a performance. To dance just for yourself, to your own music vibe, when no one is watching you is one of the great joys and health tips of life!

We host a Journey Dance developed by Kripalu Institute in New England,  their form of dynamic meditation, moving in awareness so to speak. A bit yogi, a bit art expression, guided by Kelly through worldly beats, we enjoy ourselves. Through my study of energy, the brilliance of this is that it moves emotions, negative stress and strife through your body without you having to name it or feel it deeply as it leaves! It is a great way to destress and enjoy an evening dancing under the sky!

My recommendation and I share this with all, is to dance each day. Take a 5 minute break, throw on some tunes and generate some good, joyful energy amidst whatever your life brings! Morning, afternoon, evening! It will add such health to you, the joy and vitality we feel after we have a good dance! That is what it is all about!!
