Most people love to dance, especially woman.
It is fun and it uses your body well, drawing in oxygen, the main purpose of movement, a workout.
It releases blocked, stagnant and negative energy in a positive way.
It creates endorphins and joy. It is like a prayer of the body.
It allows for creativity, spontaneity and movement of all parts of your body.
Allows your body to move to your limit, in ways that work for you.
There is no right or wrong way to do it, just free form.
The mind gets disengaged, quiets and takes a rest.
The activity creates joy like no other! Using what ever sound vibe you want!
You can't help but smile when you are just dancing.
You only need music and space, no other anything!
You remember movement in joy which many of us forget, we may think joy but to feel the vibration of joy!
Quickly elevates your mood! Sound and movement are quicker than thinking!
As a woman it allows us to remember the flexible flowing feel of life that we should be moving in!
It creates oxytocin, the womans hormone, creates relaxation in movement!
You sweat out toxins! It is not some light weight workout!
It creates cardiovascular health by getting the heart rate up and feeding us oxygen!
It creates magnetism and comfort with yourself and your body like no other excercise!
It grounds you into your body, out of the mind and opening to the intuition!
It is something your can look forward to doing as a workout. Knowing your will feel good, happy, and energized when you finished!
It is like a celebration of living and movement!
I was at the beach this weekend and saw a great article about Dancing inn Woman's Health! Discussing the science of it, how great it is for the brain, neurological effects, psychological effects and the power of it to enhance your mood and life on so many levels! It has been a practice in health for thousands of years!
I love it when it is easy to exercise, you can enjoy it, create health and vitality all while doing one of the most fun activities. Try it! Do 15-20 minutes a day. Pick three songs and dance your heart out! Then write to me on how fabulously it effected your life. It creates magic, magnetism and flow. You will see if you try!
