If you want to feel worthy, you won't get it by an affirmation that you are worthy. You must find the feelings that contradict that statement and shift on the feeling level.

Ladies, Why Mental Processes for Change Don't Work for Us!
Ever wonder why we do all these techniques, learnings and attempts to lose weight, be powerful, use our voice, gain money, affirmations,etc and it just doesn't work? You know what to do, you have the plan, but you just can't seem to stick to it. You just do opposite and then beat yourself up for not doing what you know you should do.
Let me help you with some valuable information that is part of this great movement in feminine awakening. We can not change ourselves through mentalizing like men. It is not how we change, grow, learn etc.. I am not saying that we are not mental at all. But we do not operate on the mental plane foremost as men do. I am very mental, I study and know many things and have my whole life. However, the feeling, the empathetic understanding, the emotional plane is our area of mastery. Sensing, gut feeling, intuition is our brilliance.
