We all hear how we need to surrender and yet to know what that means always seems tricky. They say put your intentions into the Universe and let go with no more thought, considering it done. The law of attraction, spiritual systems, law of expectancy, law of detachment, even my 20 year old daughter who is a great manifester of things says "Mom, put it out there, then relax and let go. Stop trying so hard."
I find this challenging with the training I have. Obviously you have to do to create but not overdo. I find that if I put an idea out there next comes the need to make it happen. Push forth, put all the effort and energy you can, don't forget a thing, full force. It is like a nervousness, make sure you follow through to the final moment that you did everything you could. This vibration is so different than what surrender is. There is an underlying feeling that you must act hard and strong or it will not occur. I think that is the feeling that trips so many of us up. That forceful feeling of trying to, having to or should do is the glitch in vibration that causes us to work so much harder. Like we expect a resistence, expect that it will be a challenge what we are seeking so I will power up and do. There is an element of disbelief in the vibration. At that moment, you have missed the whole point of surrender and certainly have a different vibration than they are talking about.
Relaxing is what we need to learn. That way of putting forth our ideas, knowing they will occur, expecting them to and knowing you will do all the work necessary with out the nervousness as the steps unfold. I think the fear and nervousness especially with the ecomony and the ways of business changing is what gives us that edgy vibe not allowing full surrender to occur. . However, with that nervous vibe, that better get to it, move quickly, make sure you do all, prevents us from truly surrendering and using the law correctly, with ease, with expectancy, with knowing all is well and it will come. Easier said then done. Yet I believe I understand it one more deeper today than yesterday! Great lessons of spring. Nature doesn't try to bloom, it just does, there a no question or toiling about it. I chose to live more like this, relaxed, creating and surrendering!
