The Bees, Men, the Flowers, Woman. Together they Create Nature!

Nature offers the best information on harmony, collaboration, connections, the web of life, manifestation.  Using nature analogies was always simple for this Garden Goddess to catch. Here is a view that seems most pertinent about men and woman, bees and flowers.

The bee in the garden represent the men. Moving around, a to b, production oriented, very strategic, logical and mechanical. A straight line, the most efficient way there is. The flowers represent the woman, very beautiful and alluring just for the bees to come visit and pollinate them. Their very nature and magnetism is there to attract and engage the bees to keep life going. They are considered like a curvy line, flexible, swaying in the breeze.They are very different in form, in function and truly opposite in such a way that when in balance, a flourishing creation comes. Neither is more important, all traits offered by the opposing nature of each are used in equal amounts to create our outdoors.

A balance is occurring in the world today to bring forth a "bees and flowers" collaboration. Business was designed by men and they still dominate the economic world. Woman however are increasing in the ranks and truly a wonderful balance could occur that would shift our world. Woman must remember that it is not our job to be like the bees, although we have copied the mans way of business. The time is for us to be in business as the flowers, the collaborators, the flexible influence, the for the good of all mentality. It is naturally our way not to compete, but our way to negotiate and work things out in a connecting win/win. It is what we do in our home lives, in our community lives and now we will bring this into the business's world and create a wonderful space!

Nature makes it so simple. We have a distinctly different place in the business world. There is no desire to take over or conquer. It is about blending, making new ways, creativity and artistry.

Then the issue becomes, just how do we nourish this part of ourselves in a competitive world in which we live? Gathering to connect with ourselves, remembering the roots of our essence, learning to fill to overflow, empowerment from within.  Sacred Femininity!
