Beyond the extreme self expression of woman and their beauty there is also the layer of sensuality and allure that often create resistance. Wearing certain things, exposing parts of your body, rules and regulations as to what to wear after 40 as opposed to before, rules of etiquette, that offer at best subjective tips. Deeper is the whole issue behind sexual energy, creative energy one in the same but seen differently. If you are too sensual looking you have this judgement, if your show your femininity in ways against the rules you are inappropriate. Just a wild mix of things for woman to navigate about their beauty.
Being alluring, sensual, intriguing, charming, beautiful is kind of taboo in business. Curtail it for business, be more masculine, less alluring more commanding. Certainly many woman push these rules and some industries allow more flexibility. If you are in beauty field or in a feminine field, you can be more alluring. If it is not, other rules apply. These rules seem odd to. If we are to be authentic, why can't we be alluring, intriguing and charming with our sensual, creative nature in all areas?
Sexual energy, creative energy, allure, all these qualities are used in nature to create new ideas, to create life. Thinking sexual energy is about men and seduction is so short sided. Understanding as a woman your sexual and creative energy are one in the same, used for different outcomes. Thinking sexual energy is only used for men and not used in other areas is quite a disconnect. This is live, exciting energy that gives woman an edge, provides for her to create in oxytocin, in relaxation and safety. I think an alluring beauty is one whom shows beauty, style, grace, wit, interest and intrigue in all her life! Many have a disconnect from this well of energy within us just by the rules we have about beauty, sexuality and creative energy. These rules don't allow us to explore our sexual energy in ways that could enhance our life, not sexually but creatively! We can be giggling, alluring fun and inspiring without being less successful in business. Bringing femininity into business, into the workplace is what will help us use this creative energy for cooperation, collaboration, conflict resolution, creating new solutions and connecting with others. Who says we can't be these things in business? Why do we have to be more manly about business? I get that it is male modeled but woman are a big part of the business world now and we can add ourselves into it if we want! Who says we can't use our charisma to attract the things we need?
