It's All About Fun!

The more I learn, the more ways I expand my thinking from nutrition, to business, to personal development, even relationships, It is all about having fun in all you do! Even in the mundane tasks!  The deeper you search for some answer of how to proceed, it is revealed that we must create more enjoyment, pleasure, high vibe, positive energy, whatever you want to call it so you can flow through life. Continually bringing ourselves out of our situation and into a lighter perspective.

The other key is called Selectivity! Select where and what you do put your attention and energy towards. Things we like, things that inspire and intrigue us give us higher energy. It then becomes of matter of how many of those things can we find to put in our day. Create as a habit or better yet turn into some ritual pleasure to raise your vibe. Selecting people, places and things based on how much higher energy they give you.

So again it is all about fun and enjoyment, pleasure even! The more you look for it to be around and select it to be around, the more pleasure keeps returning! Hmmm. I am enjoying learning about life!
