Balancing our addiction to techology with nature!


I have been on the computer many hours this morning. At noon came a draw to stop and get off. I know when I am starting to get mentalled out by this activity. We all need to be aware of this. Technology in our homes is run by the positive pole of the atom. It suppresses the negative pole to do what it does. As the atomic bomb is complete suppressed negative energy, our technology is using the same principle. So technology is unbalanced ions running. When they are unbalanced, atoms will seek to balance so it uses our body, our energy to balance. What happens is that our negative ions, that pole of the battery so to speak is drained from our body by technology. This has a physical effect and can exhaust us on all levels.

It is also winter which means that we are inside more around this magnetic field. It creates havoc on our bodies. Nature is the opposite and filled with negative ions. It is why when we walk outside and tune in, relaxation spreads. This balancing of the negative ions fills us up on an atomic level. It is very healing to our techno world and it is important to know and use natures energy to fuel and balance you. In winter we are not out as much so seasonal disorder, the slower colder spaces offer less earth energy to begin with at this time, we are less likely to unconsciously balance outside.

I am heading out on a hike because I understand this energy exchange. Yes it is cold and I will bundle. The walk though will be extremely healing on many levels and atomically. I will have open air for my mind which has been focused on writing, being mental. I will move my body that has just sat there and move the energy about and add oxygen to my system in movement so that will enliven me. Emotionally, the beauty and glory of nature will delight my sensory nature which is often numbed being in a mental task. So I am going to break and rejuvenate myself by this simple woods walk on all levels.

Understanding the importance of healing nature is so key to health and wellness. We vacation in beautiful spots and make havens of relaxation in our yards for a reason. This is a wellness practice that is natural for us to go receive of nature. Consciously understanding the atomic level of electromagnetic energy that is all around us and purposefully stepping outside to heal our fields is a great choice. It is wellness bar none even in the cold. Your awareness of our lifestyle and gadgets effect on us is worthy of your look and efforts to balance.

Notice when you are getting crazy on the computer. It is not just your mind messaging you, it is your bodies desire to move calling. Step away for a moment if that is all you have and step outside. Breathe in the air, settle into the nature energy, consciously receive it knowing it is allowing you to balance. If you can move in nature it is a faster shift. If not, at least know that sitting about technology all the time is not healthful! You can do something active, something that engages other parts of you. Anyway you can use nature is truly key. She has the greatest free negative ions for our body made of her material.
