Gentleness, An Art!

The deer represent gentleness, tender ways and soothing, blending with and for others. It is truly an art. My South American teacher Maria blends this very well. When you are gentle you have this soft but very palatable power. Don't see this often, in fact, it is why I entice her here when she comes to the United States. We all need to see, embrace and enjoy this feminine way.

I am what they call Kali energy! Very rowdy, moving and powerful with force and warrior energy naturally. This is what most of us are in this male modeled business world, striving using our masculine, power energy for survival. In the past we only used this energy for danger to our tribe or in protection. Now we use it all day long.

So it is a good study for all woman to remember this art, this gentleness. Most importantly toward ourselves. It must begin there or it is not genuine and as powerful. The sweet healer in us that knows we all go through strife and we kindly support each other as we do. We are gentle with ourselves so we are gentle with others and the way they go through, not pushing or using this power energy. But using kindness and nurturing in a soft way. We know how to do this with others, lets be gentle toward ourselves.

To know when to use power woman, get it done girl and when to shift to the more gentle flowing way of myself. It is a more efficient and authentic use of my power. I am a woman so gentleness comes naturally to me. This is a yin time of year so we are to be gentle and nurturing to ourselves and our ideas. I just need to cultivate and practice it more on myself and thus others. Slowly blooming we are!
