Savor the Blessings!

The blessing is here is a great phrase I learned from the MSIA study I engage in! So much is already available to us and about! We get caught in the doing and forget to savor the goodness about in any given moment! For me this season leading up today has been so joyous! The last two weeks, I have seen and connected with most all the fabulous people I have met! From near and far it seems the high lights have been gathering to strengthen and spread joy at a higher vibe! The feeling in the air is such love, joy and gratitude!

It has been a most challenging year on all levels! Yet the compassion, camaraderie, hope has been so present through it all. A bad tale then a good response comes about. It is always that way yet this year it seemed more polarized or visible. I have been on a rollacoaster most of 2012! Yet I am in such delight on this Christmas eve! I feel others are blessed with the same!

That is why I love the word savor! Often we are too busy to savor! To engage and enjoy the pleasure of goodness, let it sink into your bones! I wish all to do this over the next few days of food, family, friends and gifts! Really be present to the glory, joy and love about you. Just sit and exude the loveliness of it all! So blessed we truly are in any given moment to be able to love and enjoy!

Savor the presents! Slowly unwrap and receive of the gift! Sit with it and look at it, feel it! Savor the food! Really get into that svadisthanna chakra of taste pleasure and feel it in totality! Knowing the love and fellowship as you eat each bite and taste the goodness. Savor the love of just being with those whom we value and journey with. Even with the battles of life, we can  see past to the joy of our families in all their oddity. Savor the lights, colors, sparkle! Let it remind you to reflect your own light in your authentic way. Savor the shift towards inwardness, ideas and plans for the new year, savor the possibilities ahead. Savor your own beauty and joy! Dress beautifully, feel proud to share your love and gifts and wonder through this holiday!

I am truly blessed beyond! I have the support of the most lovely people in the world around me! In the end this is the wealth of it all! To feel loved, supported, surrounded by those you enjoy! Really soak it up! We have the time these next to days to relax and just enjoy the bounty! I invite you to sink in deeper to feel the rich pleasure right here in our lives! Presently filled with love!
