Tapping Your Creative Essence

As we grow in the world it is evident that we are constantly changing. What we were yesterday and we are at any moment is truly a work of art. Our ideas and ways are not static. We gain experience and we shift how we see things. We are taught to do certain things to make a life yet that is not at all the story. At different times, values are different, situations cause new perspectives, it is indeed a creative endeavor to live a life here on this magical planet.

Rooting into your foundation, your evolving creative way seems to be a better choice then sitting in the mind in a given moment. Knowing the mind will change its ideas along the way seems like it is more a tool of analysis than a place to be coming from. Deeper within is a part of yourself that knows you are changing, growing, evolving and delights in this. I consider this our creative essence, not tied to our ideas as much as tied to our development of the ideas. It is a safe space to view the world from.

Knowing you are a creator and seeking that rooted place that takes responsibility for what is going on offers a more grounded view. So much is shifting within and without that it is important to find the safe space within you that has a knowing to move. I find it not to be the mind, I find it deeper within me, the witness it is called in meditation that is not as thrown off by changing conditions.

All the learning going on in the world has been geared towards our minds, tasks, business building, face book marketing, blah, blah, blah. I think it is time to get your root growing strong and stable. The other things will work out when you are grounded in the creative essence. Knowing where that space is seems the call of the times. This can not be done through thinking alone. It involves your heart and feeling nature, your ability to move and create, adaptability and flexibility to let go of old and bring in new. It is a knowing that defies logic and analysis often,  it delights in creation.

We best get learning that taps us into that part of ourselves. The other learning seems more surface at this time. The Lotus Project offers this deeper learning of our creative nature. Roots stable and strong allow the plant to blow in the wind, flexible for what occurs on the surface. Find your way to your root essence. It will help your more at this time than any other knowledge. It is deep within you and our times are calling us to find it!
