Dancing! A Key to Femininity!

I was speaking today to a friend whom has a keen understanding of dance and love for it. We were speaking of some physical ails that she has related to her womb, svadisthana chakra. I told her that one of the most perfect ways to heal herself would be to free form dance everyday! I tell others of the magic of this and they think I am crazy to say it is so powerful.

Science tells us that the womb, the heart and breasts and the thyroid in the throat are the areas of woman's health issues. In a yogic system, these are feminine chakra areas where we are clogged and not using the proper hormones to run our woman's system. We are in the male system of adrenaline, cortisol which is burning out these feminine areas. These areas operate in oxytocin, a relaxed, joyous state which releases this hormone when we are in pleasure and safety. How often are you in that? Do you know what that feels like?

Dancing is the easiest way to get your body into oxytocin, into joy and into pleasure. It is the movement woman's body was naturally made to do. Woman love to dance and there is science behind it! It puts us in oxytocin easily, is fun and raises our vibe almost instantaneously! To be tapped into our oxytocin, our pleasurable state is easy for a woman, it feels natural, it is not hard work, it is what the body naturally wants to do to balance itself and get out of the mind!

It is the best movement for woman bar none! It is healthful, it is easy, it is natural! That is how we know it is so healthful for us, because do not have to force or make ourselves. It is part of knowing what is right for our bodies, for ourselves, it will be easy and create pleasure! We must connect with our bodies so we may tap into our true gift of intuition,  our feeling nature. The mind is not our key operating system. We fix and heal ourselves at the emotional level. It is why so many of the thinking systems do not work for us to change behaviors. We must go in on the feeling, the vibrational level of the heart.  Once you understand the feeling level, the joy of oxytocin through dancing, you will know other individual ways to get there. You have to remember what that state feels like! It is not a thinking of joy, it is a state of being! Dancing for woman is so powerful to heal so many areas of their lives!  Remembering their beauty, the connection to their body, the art of grace and movement, the joy of being feminine, it is like a prayer for us!

Just try it for a week, dancing for yourself, to music you love, allowing the body to move how it feels. Not steps, not a class of choreography where thinking comes in, just free form dance! You will  feel more magical, more centered, more tapped into your body! It is the state that we need to create in so we may have health, abundance, reach our goals and our purpose! It is the art of Sacred Femininity!!
